Premier's Spelling Bee

The finals of the Stage 2 and Stage 3 Premier's Spelling Bee were held last Thursday 8th August. What an entertaining event it was!  The hall was filled with anxious anticipation as each of the finalists waited for their word to spell.  

In Stage 2 the competition went to Round 14, Lucas Ball and Will Thomas were finally awarded joint winners.  In Stage 3, Round 8 decided the two regional representatives with Jarvis Turk declared the winner and Eden Jung runner-up in Round 9.

Tuesday 10th September is the Regional Finals hosted by Shoalhaven Heads Public School. Lucas Ball and Will Thomas will represent Stage 2 and Jarvis Turk and Eden Jung will represent Stage 3.

Congratulations to all of the finalists.  SPELLING WAS THE REAL WINNER ON THE DAY!
